Individual coaching sessions included
On top of the weekly circle gatherings, you will have the opportunity to engage in three 1on1 one-hour coaching sessions with Rudy de Waele, the founder of Unconditional Men and RegenerateX, as your guide.
Rudy will share his expertise and offer guidance on your unique journey to integrity. Together, you will explore the foundations of ethical leadership, self-awareness, and the art of making principled decisions in a complex world. Unconditional Men “Journey to Integrity” Autumn 2023 & Spring 2024 programs are a 12-week program of 90-minute online circle meetings (every Monday between 7:30 and 9:00 pm CET) + 3 individual 1-hour coaching sessions with Unconditional Men founder Rudy de Waele.
Autumn 2023 cycle starts on Monday, October 2 - December 18.
Spring 2024 cycle starts on Monday, January 8 - March 25.

About Rudy de Waele
Rudy de Waele is a Keynote Speaker and co-founder of RegenerateX and Unconditional Men and has been working for +40 years in innovation and futurism in different sectors. During the last decade, he has been guiding, connecting and inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs to co-create new paradigms of regenerative transformation. He assists leaders and entrepreneurs in getting ready for the next waves through his talks, coaching, circles, workshops and training programs. Rudy focuses on how to thrive in a regenerative economy and how to design a conscious business and a meaningful life. He coaches practical guidance and inspires an awareness of past and future generations.
