Evolving Masculinity for a New Era
A 6-week online journey designed to guide men into deeper self-awareness,
courageous communication, and a bold reshaping of what it means to lead from the inside out.
Wednesdays, June 4 – July 9: 7:30pm CET / 6:30pm UK / 1:30pm EST
What is Evolving Masculinity
Evolving masculinity refers to a shift away from rigid, traditional ideas of what it means to be a man — toward a more conscious, inclusive, emotionally attuned, and integrated expression of masculinity.
It recognises that masculinity is not a fixed identity or performance, but a living, evolving experience shaped by inner growth, cultural change, and relational awareness.
Find your balance within the polarities of life and the world, and connect with courage and strength to your inner core and life force.

About Dave Pendle
Dave Pendle is a writer, and facilitator who creates transformative spaces for deep inquiry, emotional intelligence, and embodied change. Through his Phenomenal Conversations series, and group facilitation, he helps individuals and communities navigate complexity, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and engage with the world from a place of integrity, clarity, and imagination. Dave's strength lies in his ability to ask profound, catalytic questions, sense the deeper currents in a group or conversation, and hold space for subtle yet powerful shifts in perspective and presence.
Previously, Dave experienced a nearly thirty year career in the United Kingdom, carrying out non-profit work, largely with excluded children and young adults. This ranged from front facing service delivery, to project management and quality improvement to innovation and workforce development. Achievements included whole service restructuring and redevelopment, multiple million pound project delivery, pioneering a social work education unit, organising national and international conferences.
About Unconditional Men
Unconditional Men is a platform and community for evolutionary men. It empowers authentic leadership transformation in service to the regeneration of our communities and the world. We envision a world where men play a vital role in shaping sustainable, inclusive, and collaborative societies. We nurture self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and vulnerability as the foundation for courageous, balanced, compassionate, and action-driven leadership.
Our mission is to create safe and brave spaces for men to unite, share, and grow - fostering personal development, community well-being, and authentic leadership. Through learning programs, sharing circles, and retreats, we empower men to lead with open hearts and purposeful action, supporting individual and collective transformation.
Why Unconditional Men?
1. At the intersection of inner work and systemic change
Unlike traditional men’s leadership programs focusing primarily on performance, career, or external leadership skills, Unconditional Men starts from the inside. It invites men (and those who lead with a balanced masculine and feminine energy) to explore the inner terrain of emotions, belief systems, and identity as a pathway to lead with integrity and regenerative impact.
2. A conscious evolution of masculinity
Rather than "fixing men" or reinforcing outdated roles, Unconditional Men fosters an integrated and embodied masculinity, rooted in wholeness, not dominance; in curiosity, not control. It's about reclaiming the power of presence, vulnerability, and courage to create more inclusive and balanced systems.
3. Inclusive and future-facing
Unconditional Men is open to all genders, not just as allies but as co-creators in reshaping how we relate to masculinity and leadership. This mixed-circle approach is rare and powerful in the men’s work space, making it uniquely relevant in today's interconnected and evolving world.
4. Regenerative, not just transformational
Inspired by regeneration and systems thinking, the work goes beyond personal healing to activate leaders who can restore, co-create, and steward a more life-affirming culture - in business, community, and beyond.
5. Soulful, somatic, and strategic
Through retreats, courses like Cathartic Leadership, Evolving Masculinity, Open Circles and Masterclasses, Unconditional Men weaves together deep emotional work, body-based practices, and visionary thinking - integrating heart, body, and mind into a new kind of leadership education.
