Unconditional Men
We are a community of evolutionary men ready to show up in becoming the best version of themselves leaving centuries of old patriarchal and ego-centred thinking behind.
Our experiences and tools are woven from both ancient wisdom, and modern neuroscience, creating an evolving blueprint for men to become whole in humanity.
We are a community of pioneers, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and dreamers. Most importantly, we are a community of friends. Co-creation and collaboration are the very fabric from which we weave a field of resonant hearts, a true community of brothers, ready to break out of the limitations of a hierarchical fear-based mindset, and ready to embrace our shadows.
We organise regular Open Circles, on-topic Learning Journeys (both online and in physical spaces), Retreats, Facilitator & Mentor Trainings, Rites of Passage (for fathers and sons), Teenage Circles and Experiences within the nature of Ibiza.
Why to uncondition?
In this time of profound crisis and the impending collapse of many social, economic and ecological systems, it is our calling to uncondition what no longer serves us and learn how to co-create new norms in leadership, organizational change and personal growth.
Meanwhile, a lot of men are suffering from a lack of purpose, connection to self, a deeper connection with other men, and are craving emotional connection, hence the dramatic increase in burn-outs and mental health issues with men in OECD countries.
Now more than ever, leaders and organizations need to adapt to disruptive innovations and new ways of working while co-creating life-affirming futures for all.
To come together, we must be willing to radically accept each other and leave our typical judgement, opinionated perceptions and assumptions behind. We are here to learn from each other to grow into whole human beings.

Facilitator & Mentor Trainings
Blended online group and individual training for anyone who would like to become a facilitator or mentor build on top of the Unconditional Men Journeys over 22 weeks / 6 months
Wednesdays (evening CET)

Facilitators subscribe to all five Journeys and get 30 minutes before and after briefings + feedback session to every Journey session + receive additional online learning content and sessions.
Mentors get everything from the Facilitators package + personal mentorship sessions + extra hours of guided practice in UM online / physical events

Journeys
The Unconditional Men Journeys are holistic online leadership courses, specially designed for formal and informal leaders, (social) entrepreneurs and change-makers to bring conscious (inclusive, diverse, life-centred) and impactful change to their organisations, and the communities and interpersonal relations around them, in a new and foundational way.
If you are a (potential) leader with a growth mindset, an open heart and a hunger for completeness and innovation embracing personal growth, these courses are the perfect fit for your personal and professional growth.
As leaders, fathers, life partners, friends and brothers, our Unconditional Men Journeys will give you the possibility to evolve by fully acknowledging your creativity, courage, ingenuity, vulnerability, and love for life in sync with nature.

Open Circles
Our vision with Unconditional Men is to raise the levels of self-realisation amongst men, leading to increased wellbeing of men in their relationship with themselves, their beloved ones, at work, and within their communities. As such contributing to healthy living and society.
To do this, we create brave and safe spaces (physically & online) to come together as men to share personal experiences, learn and listen to each other, speak from the heart (sincerity), and support each other and grow together.
Men’s circles are the core of Unconditional Men's activities. Everything we do start from the coming together in a circle regularly to listen and connect to our truth.
Men’s circles are as old as mankind. Our ancestors used to come together in circles to share stories, ask for advice, to support each other and to celebrate life together. These structures helped initiate boys into manhood.
Men build trust in themselves and each other in the circle. It represents an opportunity to learn from other men by sharing our stories. Circles are a place to get clarity and solve problems. It is a natural way of building a real and sustainable community.
Regularly, online and in Ibiza, we organise Open Circles and Walks for any man who wants to connect to our brotherhood, and share experiences with other brothers. Join us in one of our next circles?

Online Community
Join our Online Community to connect with other members, dialogue about deep masculine topics, read and learn about the new masculinity, and join our random online Open Circles.
