Our Vision

In the past jobs were about muscles, now they’re about brains, but in the future, they’ll be about the heart.
— Minouche Shafik, Director of the London School of Economics.
  • Challenging times

We live in extraordinarily wondrous, challenging and chaotic times. Socio-political unrest, ecological collapse and disruptive innovations are forcing us to continuously reinvent ourselves, the way we do business and serve our communities.

  • Time for change

We are currently transitioning from the old industrial story and entering a new world of regeneration and technological evolution. The systems of the past are no longer working, nor do they best serve us or the planet.

  • Regeneration

We need to be rooted to stand our ground in the chaos of this world. It is an urgent matter and our responsibility as creative men is to co-create a new world of collaboration, regeneration and inclusivity.

Our aim…

… is to raise the levels of self-realisation amongst men, leading to increased well-being in family, business relations and broader communities, but most importantly within themselves, to contribute to healthy living in regenerative societies from the inside out.

The process…

In order to do this, we create brave and safe spaces (physically & online), learning journeys, facilitator training, rites of passage and retreats to come together as men to connect, to share, to listen, and to learn from one another.

To come together, we must be willing to radically accept each other and leave our typical judgement, opinionated perceptions and assumptions behind. We meet to learn from each other in order to grow into wholesome and balanced human beings. We can achieve this by having an open heart… with an open heart, we are able to step into our vulnerability…

Vulnerability is the birthplace of courage, empathy and creativity.

Remembering this fact, and speaking sincerely from the heart, we can support each other in our individual and collective growth as Unconditional Men

We organise regular Open Circles, on-topic Learning Journeys (both online and in physical spaces), Retreats, Facilitator Trainings, Rites of Passage (for fathers and sons), Teenage Circles and Experiences within the nature of Ibiza.
