Our Story
Unconditional Men by the fire, Ibiza - May 2022
Unconditional Men is an open collaborative platform and community where every evolutionary man is invited to take part. It is co-created by Rudy de Waele and Sudhir Seyboth.
Rudy started experimenting with men’s gatherings organising regular circles with friends at his home when arriving in Ibiza in 2019. During the covid isolations, he explored the possibility of men meeting online in a different context than just online business meetings.
Rudy and Sudhir met late summer of 2021 and immediately connected on the “men’s work” topic, something they both passionately shared. Sudhir had worked with men's retreats since 1991.
They decided to start holding circles during the autumn of the same year and resonated with a lot of men on the island. Shortly after that, they discovered a need for more regular programs (now called Journeys) with a dedicated group of men on specific topics. After a couple of beautiful Open Circles and Journeys, they started creating online Journeys to reach out to a more international audience. They are now preparing more Circles, Journeys and Retreats (both online and in physical spaces) and started to create training programs to support other leaders in developing healthy, prosperous communities globally.

Rudy de Waele is a Keynote Speaker and co-founder of Regenerate X and Unconditional Men. In his +40 years of experience working in innovation in different sectors and as a futurist for the last decade, he has been guiding, connecting and inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs to co-create new paradigms of life-affirming transformation.
Rudy assists leaders to get ready for the next waves through his talks, circles, workshops and training programs. Rudy focuses on how to thrive in a regenerative economy and how to design a conscious business in a meaningful life. He offers practical guidance and inspires an awareness of past and future generations.
He founded Unconditional Men, a platform and community for evolutionary men, empowering the authentic transformation of leaders in service to the regeneration of our communities and the world.
Regenerate X is a design, learning and experience agency serving culture-making leaders and their companies to integrate regenerative principles starting with their thinking, communication and business models.
Rudy currently lives in Ibiza, Spain with his extended family and plays the saxophone whenever he can with like-hearted souls and keeps exploring “How to live a beautiful life?”
Sudhir Seyboth
In the early 80s, Sudhir worked as a CAD/CAM engineer in Munich, developing cars. But he felt there was more to life than money and success, and at the young age of 25 he decided to give up his promising career to travel the world in search of meaning and purpose.
In 1986, he came to India for the first time, where he began his spiritual studies in a yoga ashram in Kerala. After his yoga teacher certification and years of practice and training in meditation, inner-child therapy, breathwork, NLP, and Hellinger family constellation, he began travelling around the world leading courses at personal growth centres throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States.
In 1991, he led his first seminar for men, and his 30-year passion for supporting men and leaders now continues in co-creating the Unconditional Men community in Ibiza and Europe.
In 1995 he was appointed Faculty Director of the Mystery School at the Osho Multiversity, leading and training a team of 50 facilitators and seminar leaders.
When he moved to Sweden in 1997, he combined his experience in regenerative leadership development with the methods of deeper personal growth. He began working with the Swedish Olympic team as part of a team of mental coaches, as well as leadership training for many global companies from Mexico to Moscow and from Saudi Arabia to Hong Kong.
In 2010, he was invited to join the Path of Love leadership team. He is facilitating the 7-day Path of Love Retreat in Germany, one of the most intense and life-changing processes in the world.
His second passion is playing his guitar, bass or ukulele and to organize music jams and singing circles.
